Relationship patterns, family complexities, sexuality (LGBTQI literate), experiences of trauma, abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, borderline personality, suicide and ideation (impacts of) substance use (harm minimisation), workplace stress , life / identity change and cultural identity are a handful of issues that I have worked with clients to resolve.
I work in Brunswick Victoria and continue to offer telehealth and online sessions .

About Me
[He : Him]
I am interested in understanding how we continue to feel 'stuck' in patterns we may be oblivious to, which leave us unsure how to move forward in life. Some areas of work I continue to support people to make sense of include: childhood attachment and trauma, mental health diagnosis' (anxiety, depression, bi polar, OCD, ADD/ADHD, autism, anorexia/bulimia), suicidal ideation and self harm, difficult relationship dynamics, sex and intimacy, gender and identity, body image, self worth and esteem, trust and mistrust, substance use patterns, family violence and current/historical abuse.
I have over 12 years experience in various fields. Some of my work has included: Supervision (Individual and group) and critical reflection, group debriefing and reflective practice, community mental health, supporting volunteers, refugee and people seeking asylum backgrounds, young people & substance use from a harm minimisation approach, indigenous populations, adult offenders in the prison system, sexual abuse in church with perpetrators & victims and medical practice social work.
If I sound like someone who you might relate to, please contact me 0418 576 039.

‘....The most essential step in healing is to establish a culturally safe environment to do the deeper work, which enables people to change their lives.
The next step is to find and explore, both individually and collectively, the stories that make people who they are and which contribute to how they live their lives.
The third step is to be able to enter the deep feelings that are often suppressed and unrecognised, or in other cases, extreme and uncontrollable.
The fourth stage of healing is to individually and collectively make sense of stories (or histories and her-stories) that have previously seemed senseless...'
